There is an Open Fire Ban at Milo McIver Camp Ground!
This means no wood or charcoal burning during the weekend campout.
We’ve reserved the Chinook Group Camp Site at Milo McIver State Park,

It holds a maximum of 50 people, your donation includes fees for two nights for one person and one car.
Parking is limited, so carpooling is always recommended, and helps to create fellowship!

Meals:
We will not be able to BBQ as planned, so we will have 2 propane burners for shared use, if you have a propane stove to share, or to use yourself, please bring it! We are not providing paper goods, or utensils so please bring your own!

Plan on eating together in a group at breakfast and dinner, and please bring a dish to share for the 2 dinners on Friday and Saturday night.

If you are interested in leading a group activity, such as kayaking, hiking, biking, fireside meeting, variety show or musical performance, or… let us know and we’ll help you organize it.

Suggested donation is $30 per person.
You can pay by credit card through paypal.com.
Choose ‘goods or services’ and enter acaportlandretreat@gmail.com.
You can pay by cash on site when you arrive, check in with us!
Any proceeds above cost will be donated to the ACA Portland Retreat Scholarship Fund.

DO NOT pay for parking on entering the park, tell them that you are with Chinook Group Site.
We will be taking care of getting everyone a permit for the weekend to park.
Parking is included for up to only 20 cars, so please carpool!
Dogs are allowed on leash.

Additional information will be sent to you as the date gets closer.

Thank you for joining us on this weekend of recovery.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

Look forward to an easy, fun and relaxed weekend playing, and this update should make it easier for us all to enjoy the weekend.  If you have any questions, please email us!
