Living Your Unlived Life

As we move along in our recovery, we have the opportunity to explore our lives from a different perspective. Namely asking the question – Am I ready to grow in new ways of thinking and behaving about how I am living my life? During our time together, we will discover a variety of ways of becoming more conscience of how we have not been living our life to its fullest. Through using a “Whole Life Inventory “we will explore where we are now, and what potentials there are within us. We will discover areas where we need to grow, and what is necessary to undertake the next stage of our journey.

Anger Expression

We are acculturated from berth to judge, demand and diagnose each other. This language hinders true connection and generates pain, resentment and anger. We will discuss how to use communication skills to get our needs met in a compassionate, empathetic manner. The compassionate communication can help us shed the mask of anger and help us live a life of compassion for ourselves and others.
