ACA Oregon Retreat 2021 First Planning Meeting: Sunday, January 31st, 2PM, ZOOM
At last, the moment we’ve all been waiting for– it’s time to start planning an in-person retreat!
This year, the retreat is scheduled to be at Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp, on October 14th-17th, a full month earlier than previous years.
Considering the constantly changing nature of the pandemic, it is possible that we might need to postpone the retreat again. However, we also want to plan for the possibility that it WILL be safe to gather and room together, and to have a retreat similar to previous years.
This includes building our roster of workshop and activity leaders, fundraising considerations, and taking on different tasks to make sure the retreat happens.
